On The Same Page

I think it would be interesting to read "The Power of Habit: Why We do What We do in Life and Business" by Charles Duhigg.

I chose this book because it seems to tie into the other book we have read, "How We Decide" by Jonah Lehrer.  Charles Duhigg's book looks at the patterns that people follow in everyday life.  With Lehrer's book, we have been discussing our own thinking in the way of decision making and the processes that go on behind the scenes.  This book seems to look at our thinking in the same way.  However, instead of looking at the decision making process, Duhigg's book looks at process of forming habits and routines, as well as the impact that those routines can have on our lives.  Apart from being an interesting read, I think this book would evoke a large amount of critical thinking and discussion, as well as opportunities for life application.
